“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” - Anais Nin

The tempo of modern life has become one of collective rushing, trying to do ever more in less time. Although this pace has become typical and mainstream, it is not necessarily healthy or nourishing. I perceive the need to offer something radically different.

In my practice, it is my intention to cultivate an atmosphere that respects the patient's authentic timing. Here there is permission and encouragement to slow down, for the systems of the body to heal gently, to allow enough time to ask the relevant and essential questions.

When we quiet down and deeply rest, we discover the individual's unique manna and medicine. As we allow more space between the notes of our busy lives, our music becomes more resonant. From this place of balance, we promote a supported and supportive orientation in the world.
